My name is Michelle Denton with Century 21 1st Choice Realty.  I have been a Realtor with Century 21 1st Choice since 2005 and have extensive real estate sales experience working with both Buyers and Sellers in residential, land, and foreclosure transactions throughout the Greater Tulsa Area and all over NE Oklahoma.

I am a full-time, dedicated, and experienced Real Estate Professional.  I offer professional representation and experienced negotiations.  I am results oriented and committed to a higher standard of customer service and communication with clients.   

For Sellers, I will research and provide a full market valuation for your property.  I also provide a personalized Listing Presentation and Marketing Time Line setting forth how and where your property will be marketed.

For Buyers, the first step in purchasing a home or land is obtaining a pre-approval letter (if you will be financing) or a proof of funds letter (if you will be paying cash).  If you will be financing your purchase and need help finding a mortgage company, please let me know and I will send you contact information for various lenders I have successfully used for other clients.  As you are searching for your new home, please remember that I can help you set appointments and gather pertinent information on the properties you select, no matter how you find them or who they are currently listed with.
